Patrizia Reggiani, played by Lady Gaga in Gucci, is an outcast who married a man only to have her ex-husband, portrayed by Adam Driver, murdered. Mr. Leto portrays Paolo Gucci, a misunderstood fashion designer.
Gaga expresses her gratitude
Lady Gaga, the reigning queen of glamor, took to Instagram to express her delight at being nominated for an Academy Award for Ridley Scott’s high fashion thriller, House Of Gucci. As part of her SG News article, she wrote a thank-you statement to the cinema community for acknowledging her work.
Both Gaga and Leto have been nominated for two Oscars each for their roles in the crime picture. Gaga has been nominated for the best female lead, while Leto has been nominated for the best male lead.
